Frame football is a fun variation of the game of football.
About the training
Frame football is a team and ball sport that involves kicking the ball into the opposing team’s goal. The biggest difference compared to football is that you and your teammates use rear-facing walkers.
Target group for the activity…
… has reduced mobility and sometimes takes you forward with the help of a rear-facing walker, which in English is called a walking frame.
If you have an intellectual disability or neuropsychiatric disability (NPF), you can play football. If you have a visual impairment and instead want to listen for the ball, you can play 5-a-side football.
- Frame football is played on a suitable surface with five players in each team and a flying goalkeeper.
- Instead of throwing in traditional football, you make a kick-in.
- The team that scores the most goals wins.
- Rear-facing walker.
